Oakville Public Transit Map

Google maps for each venue are provided below and on the tour pdfs. Oakville is easy to reach from Toronto and about 30 - 40 minutes west. The easiest way to get around Oakville is by car. There is however public transit that connects to all venues except Joshua Creek Heritage Art Centre. See details below. Go Transit commuter trains go directly to Oakville on the Lakeshore West line from Union Station in Toronto. If you don't have a drive, consider joining our Two Art Bus Tours from Toronto to Oakville on Nov. 3rd and 4th, 2012.

By Car: From the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) take the Oakville – Trafalgar Road off ramp. Travel north on Trafalgar Road. Turn right onto Burnthamthorpe Road.  Look for the small sign that says Joshua Creek Heritage Art Centre on the south side (right side) of the road.

By Car: From the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) take the Oakville – Trafalgar Road off ramp. Travel north on Trafalgar Road.  Turn left onto Sheridan College Road. You are heading to the parking lot of the Annie Smith Arts Centre, entrance after the parking kiosk. Don’t go into the building shown in the picture, go to the one behind it – Wing AA. From the driveway loop there is a sign saying: The Gallery.

By train: GO Train to Oakville GO Station.

By bus: From the Oakville GO Station take the #24 Sheridan or #24 South Common Mall to Trafalgar Road Campus Oakville. Get off at Sheridan Institute.

By car: From the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) take the Oakville – Trafalgar Road off ramp. Travel north on Trafalgar Road.  Turn right onto White Oaks Boulevard. Turn right into the municipal grounds. There is plenty of public parking available. Enter the building through the main entrance. The Continuum Exhibition is in the North Atrium of the Oakville Town Hall.

By train: GO Train to Oakville GO Station

By bus: From the Oakville GO Station, take the Route #20 or 26 bus. Get off at the first stop on Iroquois Shore Road. The entrance to the grounds of the Oakville Town Hall is off Iroquois Shore Road.
